Advance Queensland is funding 16 places

The Queensland Government is funding up to 8 female founders and 8 startups onto this mission. If you are a Queensland-based startup then you can apply for a scholarship to participate in the mission.

Mission Exclusions

Participants must arrange and pay for their own return international flights, and make their own way to the hotel and be ready to commence the mission. Participants must also cover any other personal costs or out-of-pocket expenses including all other meals, incidentals, visas, passports, travel insurance, equipment, and all other personal expenditure.

The Schedule

The mission is a combination of official events and meetings organised by Startup Catalyst, plus an array of over 300 events on in London for London Tech Week. Participants on the mission can choose their own schedule of events from these activities, and all participants also receive support from our UK partners to curate specific meetings to suit their individual needs.

The schedule of official mission events is built around the participants on the mission, and currently includes a group dinner with guests, a large Tech Australia reception event at Australia House, private meetings and tours with accelerators, and with corporate innovation labs, and many more.

This year the mission will include scheduled streams for Investors, Government Policy Makers, Female Founders, Corporate Innovators, and Startups. So there is a specialised stream for everyone.
